GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ADVERTISING WITH ANDALUCIA CLASSIFIEDS
Listed below are the guidelines for adverting on this site for each individual category and site wide guidelines. These should be read in conjunction with the site
Terms and Conditions. In the event of non-compliance of these guidelines and the Terms and Conditions the advert will not be authorised by the site administrator.
SITE WIDE GUIDELINES
This site is intended for classified advertisements - the advertisement of a single product or service. To advertise or promote your business please click here and a member of our sales team will contact you directly.
All adverts offered for publication with Andalucia Classifieds must be legal, decent, honest and truthful, and be specifically relevant to Andalucia.
All adverts that are no longer valid should be deleted by the advertiser.
Once submitted, adverts are not editable. Advertisers are requested to check their adverts carefully before submitting them as refunds are not available.
All adverts must advertise only one item / product / request.
We accept adverts in spanish and/or english.
Categories with photo upload facilities must comply with the upload size of 150kb maximum, 500x500 pixels. Adverts with photos submitted that are larger than this size will not be approved.
Email and website addresses may not be placed in the description field.
PROPERTIES FOR SALE - OWNERS ONLY and PROPERTIES FOR RENT
Each advertisment must contain only one property.
Properties must be advertised by the property owner, we do not allow adverts from estate agents.
We do not accept advertisements that contain links to other websites that offer properties for sale or rent.
SITUATIONS VACANT GUIDELINES
Each job advertisement must advertise only one vacancy.
We ask advertisers to use wording which complies with local employment legislation.
Job advertisements should be placed in the appropriate category which relates to the nature of the role rather than the nature of the employer.
Job advertisements must advertise an actual position. Generic postings will not be permitted.
Recruitment agencies may advertise specific posts but must not include contact details (tel, email or www) in the description.
We do not accept advertisements that contain links to other websites that offer job advertisement facilities.
We do not accept advertisements for models unless supported by a registered business email address.
We do not accept adverts for escort work, or lap dancers.
MOTOR SALES GUIDELINES
Each motor advertisement must advertise only one vehicle (car, moped or motorbike).
Advertisers are request to complete as much of the information requested as possible.
We accept adverts in languages other than english.
We do not accept advertisements that contain links to other websites that offer motor advertisement facilities.
PROPERTY WANTED and RENTALS WANTED
We do not accept adverts from real estate agents and property developers.
We do not accept adverts from owners advertising the sale or rental of their property.
LANGUAGE EXCHANGE
We do not accept adverts from language schools or private language tuition.
STUFF FOR SALE
We do not accept adverts from retail outlets, retail businesses or private retail individuals.
PERSONALS
We do not accept adverts from escorts, models or adverts for this line of business.
FLATSHARES
We accept adverts those looking for flatmates and those looking for flatshares alike.
We do not accept adverts from real estate agents and rentals specialists.
SITUATIONS WANTED
We do not accept adverts from escorts, models or adverts from individuals looking for work in this line of business.
SERVICES WANTED
We accept adverts for individuals looking for specific services.
We do not accept adverts from individuals or businesses advertising services.
SERVICES OFFERED
We accept adverts from 'trades' and self-employed businesses rather than larger companies.
We do not accept adverts for property related services such as sales, holiday, or longer term rentals, cleaning and keyholder services.
